GET YOUR NEW HEART
Here’s a champion description of the kind of heart we’re asking God to give us, a heart that WILL NOT GIVE UP until it sees the prize of HEAVEN ON EARTH:
“Think about it. How is God’s will being done in heaven? Are people suffering through tribulations and tears, wondering when or even if God will ever take his heavy hand off of them? I don’t think so. That’s not how the Bible defines heaven. No, heaven is the pure expression of the kingdom of God, where there’s no corruption, no agony, no abuse, no deception, no form of wickedness of any kind, and no more tears. There is joy and peace and love in that glorious place, and all those things we deeply crave, and it all flourishes there right now as an expression of God’s will. That’s the sort of thing we’re urged—no, ordered—to pray for. When the disciples asked Jesus to teach them to pray, this was the first request he included in his example. Why? Because this is the kindgom agenda.”

PZF stands for Prizefight, which doesn’t mean that we’re a fight club! Prizefight is one way to understand signing up for heaven on earth, receiving the promise of a special PRIZE for each of us individually and all of us together, a prize that satisfies us at the deepest level. At the same time, circumstances in life often try to convince us that we are foolish to believe in God's promises, that things fall apart and never come back together. In these times God prepares us to FIGHT to keep our team together and our hopes high, to safeguard our new heart so we can trust all the more. No settling for less than God's best for us here, we're going all out!
